Let's Roll
Artist Edwin Janzen produced a multi-media installation entitled "Guys in Caves" for his MFA thesis at the University of Ottawa. The installation, set-up in the middle of August, was produced in 4 parts that were then installed throughout the Diefenbunker Museum. Using language out of context and the 'vocabulary of the space', Janzen's aim is to draw links between modern fears and Cold War fears, with special note that the objects of the fear may be different today but still fuel fear nonetheless. You're in luck – fear not, you haven't missed a thing! The exhibit runs until September 30, 2010 and is free with admission to the Museum.
