Rhapsody in Blue
We had such a beautiful day today and the agreeable weather reminded me about this shot getting dusty in the archives. Today, if I were to have stood in the same spot at this marina in Nepean, the identical photo would have been shot, guaranteed. The rest of the week was another story, let me tell you! Have I ever mentioned how torrential the downpours are in the Ottawa Valley??!! Weather permitting, there are only about 36 sailing days left of the 170 day (or so) season – a sad reality for members of the area's yacht and sailing clubs. With tomorrow's forecast for sunshine and multiple regattas organized for the weekend, the Ottawa River is going to be busy, busy, busy....... Happy weekend, everyone.
