Dining at D'Arcy McGee's
Thomas D'Arcy McGee was a feisty Irishman, and one of Canada's Father's of Confederation. His demise came when he was assassinated right outside his home in 1868, on the corner of Sparks Street. To this day, the circumstances surrounding his death are still unclear. One thing that is bright, crisp and very tasty, on the other hand, is this seafood pie that can be found in the pub that bears his name, D'Arcy McGee's. The standard pub fare can also be found, but sometimes all you need is to try something a little different.
