Accidents Happen...
There's no better place for an accident to occur than next door to the fire hall. Seriously. I only came across the scene just before the tow truck arrived, but it appears that the driver hit a bus shelter. Quite a sight this wreck, especially for the little girl on the left who stands with her hand over her mouth agape in shock. With the sweltering, uncharacteristic heat, there are so many more possible scenarios as to why this particular accident occurred. Heat exhaustion. Lack of concentration. Blurry vision due to beads of sweat. Let's hope that the driver is safe and sound, and that there weren't any innocent people in the line of his/her wreckless driving.
