As mentioned before, it's a good thing this isn't a multi-media-type blog because apparently I can't hold a tune. BUT – like most other gals – can I shop!! With Christmas around the corner, retailers are hoping that customers have long gift (and wish) list this year, as many are dependent upon holiday sales to balance out the rest of a topsy-turvy year in consumerism. In Ottawa you will find just about anything your heart desires, and that includes decorations! This quaint little gift shoppe in Westboro caters to those looking for unique gifts, trinkets and ornaments to boost even a Grinch's holiday spirit.

It is nice to see stores that are not chain stores. This shop looks locally owned and unique. When we travel, my wife and I will go into a local store like this, but we have no interest in going into a chain store that we could find elsewhere.
I appreciate the fact that in our resort town in Costa Rica, we do not have any chain stores, except the grocery stores. We have independent coffee shops but no Starbucks.
It looks very nice. I like the bright color, and the angle you have used on this shot (or shop) Did you take a photo from inside??
I've been finding that shop keepers are leery of picture-taking and picture-takers, so unfortunately, Gunn, you'll have to enjoy the exterior, for now. I should probably gather up some courage and change my approach.
