Lucky Cow!Here it was pouring rain today, and this lucky heffer gets to stay in the barn. Ironic that I was the one outside getting drenched!! Normally, I'm not a "Peeping Ange", but was taking pictures at the Agriculture Museum (a demonstration farm in the heart of the city!) when I turned to return to my vehicle and saw this crazy sight. As the Museum is only open for part of the year, the farm animals are well taken care-of in indoors from November until February.

I made a point of visiting the farm on my last trip to Ottawa and enjoyed it very much.
We do have that expression in France, il pleut comme vache qui pisse, it's raining like a pissing cow. Seems appropriate!
