Potholes
This one's for you, Eric. And you think you've got pothole issues!? Try driving your scooter on this road without getting a headache... or a flat tire!! No, I haven't Photoshopped a single one! These are potholes on the road which I drive twice a week to my French class, at Connaught Range/Connaught National Army Cadet Training Centre in the west end of Ottawa. I think that this excerpt (section 1:13) from their Safety Orders booklet is particularly ironic: "The speed limits in the main camp and training areas are well posted and will be strictly enforced."

Funny how potholes can make a terrific photo when properly taken - like you did.
It also made me laugh that you have to go through all this to go to your French class. No wonder French is less and less spoken throughout the world if everyone has to experience situations like this!!
Merci, en tout cas pour m'avoir dédié cette photo Angela ;-)
It's amazing that you can drive at all. How do you manage?
