Il Pleut
It was pouring all day long around here, not that I minded. It's a clever way to melt the snow. Plus, it gives a person a very good reason to escape indoors. This view of Parliament was taken as I was finishing my visit at the National Gallery this afternoon. There are a couple of quite high profile exhibits on right now: 19th Century French Photographs (my personal favourite for too many reasons to list) and Pop Life- Art in a Material World featuring a couple of pieces by Andy Warhol. As this week it is Spring Break for the kids, I just might have to take them to the Gallery for a visit or to participate in their children's program Artissimo....Or maybe to Parliament itself, as they offer free tours daily...... Anything to keep them out of trouble!

The NGC is where I'd spend my rainy days if I lived in Ottawa.
But maybe not at Spring Break :-)
I'm lovin' your posts and your pictures, Angela...
Truly stellar!

Well photographed with the columns on the right and on the left.
