Back at the Experimental Farm...
and back from a bout of appendicitis! This sculptural relief (artist unknown) can be found on the façade of the K.W. Neatby Building on the grounds of the Experimental Farm off of Carling Road. Erected in 1936, the building was realized to honour Dr.Kenneth Neatby (1900-1958) and his dedication to agricultural science programs. Twenty years later, there was a less decorative addition to the building – much needed in order to house Canada's largest agricultural scientific community, with a mission to help farmers in Canada and around the world.

Yikes! I hope you are feeling better! I had my appendix removed in 7th grade - no fun!
Interesting building detail!
He looks a rather impish fellow.
