The People on the Bus Go Up and Down...
It was a chilly day again today with temperatures hovering around minus 31 degrees Celsius with the wind chill. When you are dressed for it, such as these riders in their warm and cozy hats – unlike the gals over in Stavanger:) – it actually isn't so bad. On the upside: at least when it is as cold as it has been, the sun shines brightly and opens up a sky of clear blue.

Such a fun, warm photo. One would never suspect that it was -31C
The hats add so much to the picture and the bodies make a V. Fabulous composition!

Wow. I'm not going to complain about the 11C, and rain.
I like this shot.
Just a few days ago I heard on the news that the canal had been closed because it was getting kind of mushy. At -30ºish I guess it must skatable again.
Hi there,
@Wayne: We did have really mild temps last week and so yes, sections of the Canal have been closed. We're having a Winter Festival here starting next weekend so everyone's hoping the cold weather stays for a while longer (yes! believe it or not!:)) so the Canal has a chance to really freeze properly.
The wheels on the Bus go round and round...
The wipers on the Bus go swish, swish, swish...
How many verses to YOU know?!
