I Know I Should've Called, but...You've heard all the excuses... blah, blah, blah.... Truth be told, I was under the weather. At any rate, am glad to be back in time to report that today, thanks to the UK Climate and Energy Security Envoy, Canadian government officials had the opportunity to learn everything they always wanted to know (or not) on climate security. Mainly with a military slant, the presentation emphasized the point that Climate Change is the main reason for global insecurity. A unique view and reminds me of that Kevin Costner movie, Waterworld. It will be interesting to hear more on this topic in the future, as the United Kingdom will continue its' research here in Ottawa, through the British High Commission.
