Garlic Festival
You can never have too much garlic and so was ecstatic to see the many varieties available at the Carp Fairgrounds' Annual Garlic Festival. This Siberian Red adds a delicious flavour to any dish. Angela, you made my day! I just love garlic, the long life food. Here in the Med, people live very long, and their secret is garlic, olive oil and red wine. I think I'm gonna get very old.
Well, let's raise a glass, then Rob, in honour of the all life's goodness, with garlic being at the top of the list. But we can't forget the bread, either!!
